The location of the hotel is incredible, very close to the shopping street. the breakfast was amazing and affordable, featuring a great selection of local food.

The rooms were good sized with good sised bedroom kept by the EXCELLENT staff. The breakfast served was marvellous, everything you could wish for, with both cooked options.

I had a great stay at this 4-star hotel in Andorra. The location couldn't be better - right in the center of town. I was able to easily access all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and in-room safe.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Andorra.

The holiday season at this hotel was a treat. The breakfast spread was outstanding and offered a variety of delicious local specialties such as croissants, jamón and queso. The location was perfect for exploring the town and accessing ski shuttle buses. We also enjoyed the modern and well-equipped gym. It was great to be able to workout even on vacation.

The rooms were quite small and lacked any real warmth or character. there was no hot tub available which would have been a great addition for relaxation after a long day of skiing.

I loved the hotel's central location in the heart of the city. Everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore this beautiful city. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and mini-golf area. The breakfast was a great start to the day, with a variety of tasty options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant.

There were no tea or coffee, making facilities in the room. Check, in was a bit of a hassle and took longer than expected.

Wonderful hotel for children and fantastic buffet

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Mercure in Andorra! I brought my 3-year-old daughter with me, and she had so much fun. The hotel has a swimming pool, spa zone, mini-golf, and a chiki-park. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. Starting the day at Hotel Mercure was truly wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and large shopping malls, providing plenty of options for visitors to explore. the bathroom and rooms were spotless clean, with comfortable beds and a splendid view of the surroundings. the breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection of food that was top-rated and satisfying. Additional facilities such as the soft play area and swimming pool were a life savior for families with kids.

Parking can be a bit challenging as the hotel doesn't offer ample space for vehicles.
